    Cranberry Review

    Tuesday, December 16, 2008

We here at Lottie + Doof have eaten a lot of cranberries this season! It isn’t going to end here, but I thought it would be a good idea to recap the cranberry recipes—in case you missed any. With holidays approaching, it is the perfect time to try one of these sweet, tart creations and join the cranberry cult.

    Cranberry-Orange Sorbet with Fennel Seeds

    Cranberry Pecan Bread

Oatmeal Cookies with Pecans and Cranberries

    Cranberry Upside-Down Cake

Cranberry Sauce with Orange and Fennel Seeds

    Cranberry Vanilla Coffeecake

    Cranberry, Caramel and Almond Tart

And if that still isn’t enough cranberries, check out these great ideas from some of my favorite food sites:

    Cranberry Curd!

    Cranberry and Meyer Lemon Scones!

    Cranberry Orange Cornmeal Cake!

I too love everything cranberry. The sorbet recipe looks so interesting with the addition of fennel – I’ll have to try that one first!

Tim, I love this roundup! Thanks for including us. It’s funny, because I sent my brother to your site just the other day. He’s a cranberry fanatic, and I was like “oh, I know just the place for you…”
