My dad, who references your site during nearly every phone conversation, made these muffins for me after he realized they were “for” me. They were delicious little gems. It’s weird how you hate on my pistachios, but yet you ate them all like a greedy pistachio monster. Karin’s mom, I hope you read this. Maybe there is still time to teach your daughter some manners!

weird how these didn’t end up at the office. you’ll need to fix that next time. :-) the only pistachio-related item I’ve consumed lately is the trail mix sarah had in her drawer for a few weeks. yuck, I know. she also taught me about pepitas that day.
