  1. Lovely use of all the greencity goodies!

  2. Oh, I love that top photo! And the fritatta looks wonderful.

  3. I like my frittatas like I like my salads. Lots of “stuff” in them. This looks springy and divine.

  4. Lovely! I like how robust yours looks! The Chicago Green Grocer had ramps and purple asparagus, so made my mama my own version of sprng market frittata this morning. With Alice Water’s pan fried smashed potatoes + rosemary.

  5. That looks so fresh and healthy, I’d love waking up to that for breakfast!

  6. Ellen: Sounds so good. Yay to ramps, I realized they would have been nice in this. Your lucky mom!

Whenever I hear the word “frittata” I think of that Roswell episode where Mrs. Evans makes a frijole frittata and Max and Isabel hate it! This, I’m happy to report, is much much better!!!

SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS!! We have had a lot of Frittatas in our day, and we always make them when our grandkids come to visit. This was their absolute favorite frittata that we have made. We pretty much stuck with the recipe, but we also added onions and mushrooms, they added quite a kick. Delicious. WORD
