SUPER DUPER DELICIOUS!! We have had a lot of Frittatas in our day, and we always make them when our grandkids come to visit. This was their absolute favorite frittata that we have made. We pretty much stuck with the recipe, but we also added onions and mushrooms, they added quite a kick. Delicious. WORD

Whenever I hear the word “frittata” I think of that Roswell episode where Mrs. Evans makes a frijole frittata and Max and Isabel hate it! This, I’m happy to report, is much much better!!!

Lovely! I like how robust yours looks! The Chicago Green Grocer had ramps and purple asparagus, so made my mama my own version of sprng market frittata this morning. With Alice Water’s pan fried smashed potatoes + rosemary.
