Ahh, this is so exciting! Are there any plans for a vegetarian/pescatarian option en lieu of the pork? (I actually do eat chicken+beef+fish, just no pork…) The rest of the menu sounds fantastic, though and I can probably just have the potatoes gratin+slaw and be plenty happy.
This sounds so delicious. Congratulations on such a successful event. I tried to call today for tickets and they are already sold out for Wednesday! I look forward to events in the future.
