  1. Was just sitting here, post dinner, trying not to think about dessert. Fighting the craving…then I saw this. I don’t have pecans but I do have walnuts. Guess the craving wins. Thanks:)

  2. Hmmm making these would be worse than making the pecan pie. I would definitely eat a whole bunch of them while watching movies late at night. I have a thing for spiced nuts of all kinds. This is bad, bad I tell you. But, I’ll probably give in and give it a try anyway. I’m incorrigible.

  3. These look much better than the spiced pecans I once made, which involved a bit of cumin that (in my opinion) messed up the taste. And I await said kuchen recipe. I loooove kuchen.

  4. i’ve made these before several times. the family loves them. great for party snacks or little gifts.

    cheers,

  5. These spiced nuts look wonderful. And if I can learn to make an amazing kuchen I may just win over my German mother-in-law, of 15 years, yet!

  7. love some spiced nuts – they are addictive!

as for your ann arbor tweet – stop by Karma Vista winery (it’s in coloma, which is right off 94 on the way). we have a wedding to attend near ann arbor later this month and we’ll be stopping by there on the way! great little winery ;)
