Chocolate+hazlenuts=heaven for me, but I have no patience for chocolate making (and therefore bow down to anyone who takes the time to make them). Beautiful photography.
I actually tried the truffles while dining at Chanterelle’s in New York. She has some great recipe’s in her book. I enjoyed these truffles and make them from time to time

Beautiful truffles and such an interesting combo-white chocolate and grapefruit.
I think Valentines is fun just because it gives me a good excuse to try out a new recipe for my boyfriend. Seems like you had the same idea.
I say…Happy Friday the 13th!

Yeah, I’m not a big fan of white chocolate either, but I can see the grapefruit and hazelnuts working really well in this.

I have never considered grapefruit for a truffle before, but it sounds like it could be very tasty.
