I so enjoy your writing! It’s nice to hear I’m not the only one who just isn’t that interested in eating fancy cakes, but yours certainly look playful and amazing. On the rare occasion I make one it looks like a kindergarten class project.
I am a loaf cake person (sounds very odd)…….never went for buttercream or layer cakes……
The pandemic got me making gorgeous foccacia art, but perhaps I missed out on the cake thing. That 7 year old pink cake and the King Cake are INSANE!!!
